Let me make your dream necklace ♡

How do custom orders work?

1 - Purchase the deposit (this is taken off the final cost).

2 - You'll receive a text message with questions about your idea and requirements.

(If you're not comfortable with texting, please leave a note at checkout to let me know and we can talk via email - customs@ucky.co.uk).

3 - I will show you the materials I have that I think will match your idea. If there are specific components that I don't have in stock I will source them (please allow extra time for sourcing and delivery etc.)

4 - I'll put the necklace together and send a photo for feedback!

5 - We'll make sure you're happy with your design, you'll pay via a custom listing on the Ucky website and your unique jewellery will be shipped ASAP <3.

Customs don't have a specific starting price, everything depends on what exactly you want, how time consuming the item is to make, and how much of the design will be made from more expensive materials (eg crystals and pearls).

All designs pictured were crafted by me so feel free to use these for ideas and reference!

If for some reason we discuss your custom and you no longer want to go forward with purchasing, your deposit will be refunded. However if you decide you no longer want to purchase the item after it has already been made for you, your deposit will not be refunded. But rest assured I will do everything I can to make sure you're happy with your item!
