Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated based on weight, size, and location. There are options for UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim 2-3 working days after the order is sent), UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery aim 1-2 working days after the order is sent), and UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivery aim before 1pm the day after the order is sent). International orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked shipping (Europe delivery aim 3-5 working days after the order is sent, the rest of the world 5-7 working days). Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

UK orders over £60 come with free Tracked 48 shipping, but you can choose to pay for Tracked 24 or Special Delivery if you wish.
I aim to ship your order within 4 working days of purchase however Ucky is a one man show and delays can happen - please be patient. Feel free to get in contact if you are worried about postage.

Please be aware that Royal Mail is responsible for your package after it has left my hands - to stay updated on their services including details related to delays and strike action, go to https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news.
Ucky is not responsible for any lost or delayed items after shipping. If there is an issue, please contact the shipping provider ROYAL MAIL. 
Ucky is not responsible for any customs fees on international orders. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees which may be charged by postal services.

Ucky is not responsible in the event that an incorrect shipping address is supplied and no effort is made to rectify this via email or any online communication before the order is shipped. The buyer is responsible for supplying the correct delivery address.
