Hi, i finally received today this order placed and confirmed on dec 12th . It was meant to be my grandaughter's christmas present !! It not only arrived 3 weeks after the order, but i had the bad surprise to be asked to pay a extra 14€ at réception (customs new year surprise !!!).
This means that for a product value of £18,37 ( and a weight of 0,015 kg), i had to pay 11,95€ for shipping ( i knew that) and 14€ extra at réception ( i was not aware of).
This makes expansive this christmas gift , that i was unable to offer on time . Please, consider, i'm not very happy even i can understand you are not responsable for thé delay, but you are not to have informed me of extra taxes for such product entering in France
