Customs are available for necklaces, earrings, bracelets, wire rings, hair clips, phone charms, drawings/pictures sealed into pendants and hair clips, laser engravings, and more! How to order a custom:

Step 1 - Purchase the appropriate custom deposit (this is then taken off the final cost.)

Step 2 - Email customs@ucky.co.uk or alternatively message @ucky.co.uk via instagram DM with your deposit order number and a description of your design idea. If you're not entirely sure what you'd like we can brainstorm!

Step 3 - We will discuss the final price, materials, and details of your design.

Step 4 - I will make the final product, we'll make sure you're happy with your design, you'll pay via a custom listing on the Ucky website and your unique item will be shipped out <3.

Customs don't have a specific starting price, everything depends on what exactly you want, how time consuming the item is to make, and how much of the design will be made from more expensive materials (eg crystals and pearls).

If for some reason we discuss your custom and you no longer want to go forward with purchasing, your deposit will be refunded. However if you decide you no longer want to purchase the item after it has already been made for you, your deposit will not be refunded. But rest assured I will do everything I can to make sure you're happy with your item!
